Antique Alligator Reptile Forged Cast Iron Folk Art 1900. Wonderful early Blacksmith hand forged cast iron Alligator, Crocodile. Depicting incredible meticulous craftsmanship, showing etched back, eyes and teeth. The detail on the teeth are amazing. Superior form with reptile raised up off his front legs, head turned and mouth opened. Circa 1900-1915. Excellent condition. 2 “ tall x 211 7/8” long x 3” wide.
