Superb sculptured form of painted Standing Canvasback Drake Duck Decoy. Carved by noted carver and Folk Artist Frank Finney, Cape Charles, VA. Realistic detailed feather carving with raised wingtips. Glass eyes. Exceptional paint, surface and form. Signed on underside, “Frank Finney” & “F”. 15” tall x 15 ½” long x 5 ¾” wide. Base – 8” wide x 8 ¾” long. Excellent plus condition.
