Highland Lighthouse Cast Iron Doorstop |
Eye-appealing 1920’s Highland Lighthouse
cast iron Antique Doorstop. Depicts tower with
light and two cottages, one with breezeway to tower.
The Highland Light is an active lighthouse on the Cape Cod
National Seashore in North Truro, Massachusetts. The current
tower was erected in 1857, replacing two earlier towers that had
been built in 1797 and 1831. It is the oldest and tallest lighthouse
on Cape Cod, also the first lighthouse in the nation to have a
flashing light. Our favorite lighthouse doorstop.

charming kittens sitting on haunches, playing with

An impressive Warrior cast iron Antique Doorstop.
Depicts Warrior standing on plinth, holding a
club or staff in one hand and other holding shield
showing West Wind. This doorstop has considerable
detail as only Bradley and Hubbard could produce,
with carefully blended colors, full aged patina & surface.
All three original rubber bumpers intact. The best original paint
and condition ever! Weighing 8 lbs. 8 oz.
