Antique Wineman, Wine Merchant Cast Iron Doorstop. A full-figure, solid casting Doorstop, depicting a Wineman holding Bottles of Wine. The Wineman is shown holding an excessive amount of wine bottles – in left hand red wine and right hand white wine. Looks to be at his wits end with dropped shoulders and standing pigeon toed. A fun and great conversation piece for the wine connoisseur or doorstop collector. Very DESIRABLE and difficult find. Circa 1920’s-30’s. Excellent condition – original paint. 9 ¾” tall x 7” wide.
