Offering The Alamo cast bronze Antique Doorstop. The Alamo Mission, commonly called the Alamo and originally known as the Mission San Antonio de Valero, is a historic Spanish mission and fortress compound founded in the 18th century by Roman Catholic missionaries in what is now San Antonio, Texas, United States. Reference: The Doorstop Book page 242. Signed “Genuine Bronze, Mfgd. By Alamo Iron Works, San Antonio, Texas”. Ca. 1930’s. Excellent plus condition with original finish. 6 3/8” tall x 7 ¾” wide x 3 ½” deep.
