The elk is a metal alloy and back plate is cast iron.
Great hanger for hats, ties, scarves, etc.
Made by the Judd Company and numbered “2866”.
Circa 1920’s.
Overall height is 8 ¾” x 10 ½” wide x 3 ¼” deep.

Marked on one side "Boston Eagle Press" and on the other side "Merriam & Co. Makers". Measures 8 1/4" tall x 7 3/4" long x 2 3/4" wide. Circa 1850-60. True piece of Americana.

Foot Warmer. Eye-appealing designed reticulated
foot trivet mounted to a pedestal stand which is
hinged to be opened so an oil lamp can be lit to heat
warming plate. Great color with red pin-striping
and gold leaf leaves on vine add a decorative quality
to this early foot warmer.
Circa 1860-1890.
