Depict Man with Hat smoking cigar sitting backwards in chair, resting on cross arms, figural spelter metal Antique Cigar Lighter, Match Safe. His hat is hinged and inside there is a small tube that would hold an oil soaked wick, which comes come out thru the cigar in his mouth. On his back is a basket pocket for holding matches.
